NC KazMunayGas JSC paid dividends for 2023

«NC «KazMunayGas» JSC (hereinafter referred to as KMG) hereby informs about the payment of dividends on the KMG’s shares for the year 2023:

dividend payment date – June 26, 2024;

the total amount of dividends to be paid to shareholders – 300,001,855,903.03 (three hundred billion one million eight hundred fifty-five thousand nine hundred three) tenge 3 (three) tiyn;

the total amount of dividends actually paid to shareholders – 300,001,855,903.03 (three hundred billion one million eight hundred fifty-five thousand nine hundred three) tenge 3 (three) tiyn;

the period for which dividends were paid – 2023;

dividend amount per common share – 491.71 (four hundred ninety-one) tenge 71 (seventy-one) tiyn;

holder record date and time – 0.00 a.m. on May 29, 2024.

The dividend payment was carried out based on the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of KMG No. 1/2024 dated May 28, 2024.
