Astana hosts the 2nd KazMunayGas Group Project Management Conference in the

The two-day event is attended by more than 150 specialists from the corporate center of the national company and subsidiaries implementing major capital projects.

Employees of the KMG Group had the opportunity to exchange experience in planning and implementation of major capital projects. The conference agenda includes issues of design and construction, legislation improvement, and best international practices.

Since 2020, KazMunayGas has been systematically implementing a corporate project management. The goal was to raise the level of project management in the KMG Group. A new methodology and project management tools were introduced to achieve this goal together with centralized trainings and key projects support.
