KMG holds seminar on human rights for employees

KazMunayGas (KMG) held the Fundamentals of Human Rights: Protection and Promotion practical seminar for the company employees and subsidiaries representatives.

The event was held in a hybrid format, which made it possible to reach participants from different regions and ensure wider involvement. A total of 55 people took part in the seminar.

Experts from the ESGQ Rating Agency held training sessions to raise employee awareness about the basic principles of human rights protection and their integration into corporate activities. Examples of successful local community outreach and inclusivity projects were also presented.

This event became part of the KMG long-term strategy aimed at developing a corporate culture based on human rights principles and compliance with ESG standards.
